PayPal is one of the most well-known and reliable methods of online shopping. If you take orders online through PayPal, you can import those orders into Endicia to manage the shipping.
Connection Requirements:

A PayPal account on the Business Plan

Connecting a store requires your Endicia account to be on either the E-commerce or one of our Legacy plans.
Order Import Requirements:

Only orders with a Completed payment status will import.
To connect PayPal to your Endicia account:

Select PayPal from the store connection tiles.

Click the PayPal link, which will open PayPal in a new browser tab.

Log into PayPal, open the Profile drop-down menu, and select Profile and settings.

Click My selling tools.

Click Update next to API Access.

Click Grant API Permission.

Copy and paste, or manually enter, our third-party permission username: paypalaccount_api1.stamps.com, then click Lookup .

Check these options in the Available Positions window, then click Add:

Obtain information about a single transaction

Search your transactions for items that match specific criteria and display the results

Return to the Connect Your PayPal Store window, enter your PayPal Email Address, and click Verify Email.

Click Send Email Verification.

Copy and paste the token from the email into the Email Verification Sent window, then click Confirm Token.

Click Connect in the Connect Your PayPal Store window.

Give your PayPal Store a personalized nickname and click Save.

When importing orders from your PayPal account for the first time, Endicia will retrieve orders up to 2 days old. After that, orders up to 7 days will be retrieved.

PayPal does not have a shipping status. Endicia will import orders with a changed payment status since the last import.

PayPal does not support automatic shipping information return to your account. Copy the tracking number from your Print History Transaction Details, click Add Tracking Info at the bottom of your PayPal Order Details page, and paste the tracking number into PayPal. The tracking number will be included in the shipment notification email sent to your customer.
Reauthorizing your PayPal connection can be useful when permissions need to be reestablished between Endicia and your PayPal store, such as when you receive an error when importing orders.
Reauthorizing your connection will not affect your store settings, Service Mappings, or orders that have already been imported.
