Shopify is one of the most popular and accessible online store platforms. You can create an online store quickly and connect to Endicia to handle shipping.
Connection Requirements:

A Shopify account

Shopify username and password

Connecting a store requires your Endicia account to be on either the E-commerce or one of our Legacy plans.
Order Import Requirements:

Only Paid and Not Fulfilled orders will import.
To connect your Shopify store to Endicia:

Select Shopify from the Store Connect window.

Enter your Shopify Domain and then click Connect.

Log into Shopify when the Shopify Login window opens.

Select Apps from Shopify's side menu.

Click the Visit Shopify App Store button.

Select Stamps.com then click the Get button.

Give your Shopify Store a personalized nickname and click Save.
This nickname is how your Shopify store will appear in Orders.

When shipping labels are printed, tracking information is automatically posted back to Shopify for shipment notification emails.

Each completed order is marked in Shopify as Fulfilled.
Processing Delay
Depending on processing time, you may experience a delay between when an order is placed on Shopify and when it can be imported into Endicia.
Reauthorizing your Shopify connection can be useful when permissions need to be reestablished between Endicia and your Shopify store, such as when you receive an error when importing orders.
Reauthorizing your connection will not affect your store settings, Service Mappings, or orders that have already been imported.
