Import Orders from a Store

Once you have connected a store to Endicia Online, you can set your store to automatically import orders. If you prefer to control when orders import, you can refresh your orders page to import new orders as often as you'd like.

To import orders:

Go to ORDERS and click the Refresh icon.

Or, when you have at least one store connected and no orders awaiting shipment, you can also click the Refresh Orders button to import new orders.
