Connect your Etsy store to Endicia to manage and ship your orders quickly.

Shipment and Delivery Notifications for Etsy Orders

Customer shipment and delivery notifications for Etsy orders now will come from Etsy only. Third parties like Endicia will no longer send customers shipment or delivery notifications for Etsy orders. See the Disable Etsy Notifications section in this article.

Requirements

Connection Requirements:

  • An active Etsy account

  • Your Etsy username and password

  • Connecting a store requires your Endicia account to be on either the E-commerce or one of our Legacy plans.

Order Import Requirements:

  • Only Payment Received orders will import.

Connect an Etsy Store

To connect an Etsy store:

  1. Select Etsy.

  2. Follow the onscreen prompts to allow Endicia access to your Etsy store. You may need to sign in to Etsy as part of this process.

    Your Etsy store is now connected. You can import your orders or adjust your store settings.

Reauthorize Your Etsy Store

Reauthorizing your Etsy connection can be useful when permissions need to be reestablished between Endicia and your Etsy store, such as when you receive an error when importing orders.

Reauthorizing your connection will not affect your store settings, Service Mappings, or orders that have already been imported.

To reauthorize Etsy:

  1. Select the store to reauthorize, then click Reconnect.

Disable Etsy Email Notifications

Per Etsy’s seller policy, you may only use a buyer’s email address or other information for Etsy-related communications or Etsy-facilitated transactions. You may not use this information for unsolicited commercial messages or unauthorized transactions, including any email or physical mailing lists, marketing, or to obtain or retain payment information.

We will turn off these notifications for our Endicia merchants. No action will be required on your part.

Endicia will continue to send shipment notifications and tracking details to Etsy, and you can continue to rely on Etsy’s post-shipment notifications to communicate shipment status to your Etsy customers.
