Connect a Yahoo! Store

Yahoo! Stores can connect to Endicia as an order source. When connected, you can manage all your shipping using Endicia.

Connection Requirements:

  • A Yahoo account

  • Your Yahoo Store ID & Partner Store Contract Token

  • Connecting a store requires your Endicia account to be on either the E-commerce or one of our Legacy plans.

How to Connect Yahoo!

To connect your Yahoo! store to Endicia:

  1. Go to the ORDERS tab.

  2. Click the Settings icon The Settings icon..

The Orders Settings window will open.

  3. Select the Stores tab and click Add.

  4. Select the Yahoo! tile to open the Connect Your Yahoo! Store window.

  5. Enter your Store ID, Partner Store Contract Token, and First Order ID to Import into the Connect Your Yahoo! Store window.

  6. Click Connect.

  7. Give your Yahoo! Store a personalized Nickname and click Save.

Reauthorize Your Yahoo! Store

Reauthorizing your Yahoo! connection can be useful when permissions need to be reestablished between Endicia and your Yahoo! store, such as when you receive an error when importing orders.

If your Yahoo! Stores stops importing orders, you may need to refresh or reauthorize the store connection. The Yahoo! Store API Token needs to be renewed at least every 5 years.

Reauthorizing your connection will not affect your store settings, Service Mappings, or orders that have already been imported.

To reauthorize your Yahoo! store:

  1. Select the store to reauthorize, then click Reconnect.

  2. Open your web browser, go to, and log in.

  3. Click Store under Control Panels.

  4. Select Real-Time Links in the Order Settings section.

  5. Click the API Settings link.

  6. Locate the Partner for your Endicia connection. Then, click the renew link in the Renew column.

  7. Select a future date for your partner token. Then, click Renew Token.

Renewing a partner token generates a new token for use with your store. By default, the new token expiry date will be one year from the current date. You may also choose to set your own token expiry date, which can be up to five years from the current date.

  8. Click the Show/Hide Token link and copy the token.

  9. Switch back to Endicia. Verify that the Store ID field has the correct value. It should be ypa-002565315397. Then, paste the token from the previous step into the Partner Store Contract Token field. Click Connect.

  10. Click Done.
