Connect your BigCommerce store to Endicia to manage and ship your orders quickly.
Connection Requirements:

An active BigCommerce account.

The BigCommerce store owner's username and password.

Connecting a store requires your Endicia account to be on either the E-commerce or one of our Legacy plans.
Order Import Requirements:

Only Payment Received orders will import.
To connect a BigCommerce store:

Go to the ORDERS tab and click the Settings icon
.

Expand Orders and click on Stores.

Select BigCommerce in the Add your Store or Marketplace pop-up.
The Connect Your BigCommerce Store window will open.

Click the here link to open a new browser window to log in to BigCommerce.

Click Install on the Endicia Online App page.

Click Confirm once the installation is complete.
The Endicia BigCommerce Settings pop-up will open.

Set up your Service Mapping and other customizations, then click Save.

Click Done in the Order Settings pop-up.
Reauthorizing your BigCommerce connection can be useful when permissions need to be reestablished between Endicia and your BigCommerce store, such as when you receive an error when importing orders.
Reauthorizing your connection will not affect your store settings, Service Mappings, or orders that have already been imported.
