Connect a Sears Store

Sears Marketplace lets you sell your products on so you can reach a larger audience. Endicia imports order information from your Sears Store to help you quickly create labels.


Connection Requirements:

  • A account

  • Sears username and password

  • Connecting a store requires your Endicia account to be on either the E-commerce or one of our Legacy plans.

How to Connect Sears

To connect your Sears store to Endicia:

  1. Select Sears.

  2. Open Sears in a new browser window and sign into your account.

  3. Click Account Info in the Profile page. Scroll to the bottom of the page and generate an API Authorization Key.

  4. Enter your Email Address, Seller ID, and API Authorization Key, then click Connect.

  5. Give your Sears Store a personalized Nickname and click Save.

Sears Orders Import Details

  • When shipping labels are printed, tracking information is automatically posted back to Sears Marketplace for shipment notification emails.

  • When importing orders from your Sears Marketplace store for the first time there may be a small delay of 10-15 minutes before orders are imported.

  • If prompted to select a start date, choose a date prior to the oldest order you would like to import.

Reauthorize Your Sears Store

Reauthorizing your Sears connection can be useful when permissions need to be reestablished between Endicia and your Sears store, such as when you receive an error when importing orders.

Reauthorizing your connection will not affect your store settings, Service Mappings, or orders that have already been imported.

To reauthorize a Sears store:

  1. Select the store to reauthorize, then click Reconnect.
