Reprint an Ecommerce Shipping Label

If your ecommerce shipping label doesn't print correctly or your printer has an issue, you can reprint the label at no charge within 24 hours of the initial label purchase. After 24 hours, you must refund and repurchase the shipping label before reprinting.

To reprint a qualified label:

  1. Go to the ORDERS tab and select Shipped to view your shipped orders.

  2. Select the order you need to reprint.

  3. Click Reprint.

  4. Click Reprint in the Reprint Label window.

This will send the label to your printer to print again. Remember, you can only reprint a label within 24 hours. After 24 hours, you will need to refund and repurchase the label.
