Print Sample NetStamps Sheet

Before you start printing NetStamps sheets, we recommend printing a sample sheet. This will help confirm your printer settings are correct, and your NetStamp sheets are loaded properly. Printing a sample is a good way to ensure you don't misprint your NetStamps, which can only be refunded with a mail-in form.

Sample prints are free, and you can print as many as you need. Print your sample on plain paper or download and print our sample NetStamps sheet (recommended) to use as the sample page. Download the sample sheet you need from the links at the bottom of this article and print a full-size copy on plain paper without headers or footers (do not choose the fit to page option).

  • Google Chrome browser or other supported browser.

If you are not using Google Chrome as your browser, you must also have Endicia Connect installed and running.

  • A standard printer properly configured to print Letter-size paper (8.5" x 11") and connected to your workstation (either via USB or wireless network)

  • A plain sheet of paper or a printed copy of the NetStamps sample sheet.

Print Your Sample

The first step is to load the sample sheet into your printer correctly. NetStamps sheets are symmetrical, so you can load them into the printer from either direction. However, whether you load face up or face down will depend on your specific printer. Modern printers will have an icon, usually in the paper tray, to indicate how to load your paper.

Once you've loaded your test sheet into the printer, you are ready to print your sample.

To print a sample NetStamps sheet:

  1. Go to the MAIL tab.

  2. Choose Stamps from the Print On menu.

  3. Enter the sample sheet's serial number into the Serial # field.

    • Original NetStamps serial number is B0001.

    • NetStamps with Address Labels serial number is B12345.

An image of the sample sheet will appear with one stamp filled in.

  4. Set the quantity you want to test. We recommend selecting all to test a full sheet.

  5. Click Print Sample.

  6. (If using Endicia Connect) Select your printer and paper tray from the Print Sample pop-up and click Print.

(If printing from browser) Select your paper size from the browser print dialog and click Print.

If your sheet prints as expected, you are ready to print the real thing! If the print was unsuccessful, review your settings and page orientation and try again.
