Install the ProLabel Express Driver

Windows USB

To install the ProLabel Express printer in Windows using a USB connection:

Download and Install the Seagull Driver Wizard

  1. Connect the printer to your computer's USB port. Then, power the printer on.

  2. Click this link to download the print driver installation software.

    The software will download automatically.

  3. Locate and open the tscdriver.exe file you just downloaded. The file should be in the download folder for the web browser you are using.

  4. Select the I accept the terms in the license agreement option. Then, click Next.

  5. Leave the Installation Directory: as it is and click the Next button.

  6. Leave the boxes checked and click the Finish button.

    The Seagull Driver Wizard will open.

Install the ProLabel Express Print Driver

  1. Choose Install printer drivers and click Next.

  2. Select Other. Then, click Next.

  3. Select TSC DA200 from the Printer Model list and click Next.

  4. Choose the correct USB port for your printer. Then, click the Next button.

  5. Enter a name for your printer into the Printer name: field. Click Next.

    We recommend naming your printer TSC DA200.

  6. Click the Finish button.

Windows Ethernet

To install the ProLabel Express printer using an Ethernet cable: (requires the ProLabel Express IE thermal printer)

Find the IP Address of the Printer

  1. Connect the printer to your network with an Ethernet cable and power the printer on.

  2. Click this link to download the TCS Diagnostic Tool.

    The download will start automatically.

  3. Locate and open the TcsTool.exe file you just downloaded. The file should be in the download folder for the web browser you are using.

  4. Select Ethernet from the Interface drop-down menu. Then, click the Setup button.

    The Setup window will open.

  5. Make note of the IP Address of your printer. You will need it in the next steps.

Download and Install the Seagull Driver Wizard

  1. Click this link to download the print driver installation software.

Install the ProLabel Express Print Driver

  1. Choose Install printer drivers and click Next.

  2. Choose Network (Ethernet or WiFi). Click Next.

  3. Select TSC DA200 from the Printer Model list and click Next.

  4. Click Create Port.

  5. Select Standard TCP/IP Port and click New Port.

    The Add Standard TCP/IP Port wizard will open. Click Next.

  6. Enter the IP Address of the printer into the Printer Name or IP Address: and Port Name: fields. Click Next.

    The port will be shown as successfully created. Click Finish.

  7. Choose the Port that you just created. Click Next.

  8. Enter a name for your printer into the Printer name: field. Click Next.

    We recommend naming your printer TSC DA200.

  9. Click the Finish button.

Mac

To install the ProLabel Express driver on your Mac:

  1. Click this link to download the ProLabelExpressMacDriver folder.

    The download will start automatically.

  2. Locate and open the ProLabelExpressMacDriver.zip file you just downloaded. The file should be in the download folder for the web browser you are using.

  3. Open the Stamps.com ProLabel Express Mac Driver Install PDF file and follow the steps to install the ProLabelExpressMacDriver.pkg file.
