Request a NetStamps Refund

If your NetStamps don't print correctly and you cannot reprint, you can request a refund. USPS does not provide electronic refunds for non-trackable postage, which includes NetStamps. You must mail in your request for a refund.

There are three parts to requesting a refund:

  1. Select the NetStamps print or prints that need refunding in the app

  2. Print the prefilled refund request form

  3. Send in the form along with the misprinted postage

Before printing NetStamps, we recommend printing a sample to ensure your NetStamps sheet is loaded properly.
