Request a NetStamps Refund

If your NetStamps don't print correctly and you cannot reprint, you can request a refund. USPS does not provide electronic refunds for non-trackable postage, which includes NetStamps. You must mail in your request for a refund.

There are three parts to requesting a refund:

  1. Select the NetStamps print or prints that need refunding in the app

  2. Print the prefilled refund request form

  3. Send in the form along with the misprinted postage

Before printing NetStamps, we recommend printing a sample to ensure your NetStamps sheet is loaded properly.

Submit a NetStamps Refund Request

To request a refund for NetStamps:

  1. Check the box next to the individual NetStamps or Row for the entire sheet. Then click Continue.

  2. Certify the refund request by clicking Submit.

  3. Click Print Refund Request Form.

  4. Then click Done.

Forms to Mail

You are ready to gather your forms to mail.

  1. Sign the prefilled Refund Request form and enclose the following depending on your misprint:

    • Misprint on the front or back of a NetStamps sheet: Include your signed form and the sheet of misprinted stamps.

    • Accidentally printed on a plain sheet: Include your signed form, the misprinted postage, and the corresponding blank NetStamps sheet.

    • No postage printed: Include your signed form plus the corresponding blank NetStamps sheet. USPS handles these requests on a case-by-case basis.

  2. Mail your misprinted stamps and forms within 60 days of the postage print date to:

    Attn: Misprint Refunds

    4301 Bull Creek Rd

    Ste 300

    Austin, TX 78731-5937

Your refund request will be submitted to the carrier for approval once we receive the items above. You will receive an email notification when the carrier has processed your request. Your refund will be deposited into your account.
