You can change your Endicia Service Plan to best suit your mailing and shipping needs at any time. To learn about what each plan has to offer, review the plan details on our subscription plan pricing page.
When you upgrade your plan to a higher-cost plan, your plan changes will take effect immediately and you'll be charged a prorated amount for the new plan on your next invoice. When you downgrade your plan to a lower-cost plan, the change will begin on the first day of your next billing cycle.
New Plans and Legacy Plans
Endicia introduced new subscription plans in October of 2023. Any account started after October 15th, 2023, will be on one of our new plans. Accounts started prior to this date will be on our Legacy plans. We are not requiring accounts on our Legacy plans to change their subscription at this time.
Depending on your account's plan - new or legacy - the images you see in this article may not reflect what you see in your account settings.
To change your service plan:
-
Select Manage Account in the username drop-down menu.
-
Select Subscription Plan from Account Settings to see your current service plan and other available plan options.
-
Select your new plan and click Change Plan.
-
Click OK in the Plan Changed pop-up.
Your plan is now updated. Changes to your plan fees will appear in your next billing cycle.
Endicia bills your monthly service fee at the end of your billing cycle. Your billing cycle begins the day you register for your account and ends one month later.
For example, if you sign up on March 8, the first billing cycle ends April 7, and the second billing cycle begins on April 8. If you sign up on the 29th, 30th, or 31st, the beginning of your second and future billing cycles will be on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, respectively.
When your billing cycle ends, we will calculate your monthly service fee based on your service plan and charge your credit card accordingly.
