Track Your Ecommerce Orders

You can easily track your ecommerce orders in Endicia. Tracking allows you to keep an eye on your package status and is a convenient, reliable way to inform your customers about when it will arrive.

Endicia also offers Branded Tracking for a personalized tracking experience you can share with your customers.

Almost all services in Endicia allow for tracking, with one exception:

  • USPS First-Class Mail Large Envelope/Flat

Refunds for Tracked Package Labels

If you have created a label for a tracked package but need to cancel the label, please see our guide on how to Request a Label Refund for a tracked package.

To access your package tracking information in Endicia:

  1. Go to the HISTORY tab.

  2. Select the order you want tracking information about and click the Tracking Number.

Lost Package Assistance

For assistance with a lost USPS package, please email the USPS or call the USPS at 1-800-275-8777.
