Track Your Shipments

Tracking allows you to keep an eye on your package status and is a convenient, reliable way to inform your recipient about when it will arrive.

Almost all services in Endicia provide tracking for shipping labels, with one exception:

  • USPS First-Class Mail: This limitation includes any First Class Mail Large Envelope/Flat, Letter, and Postcard.

Refunds for Tracked Package Labels

If you have created a label for a tracked package but need to cancel the label, please see our guide on how to Request a Label Refund for a tracked package.

To access your package tracking information in Endicia:

  1. Select the shipment you want to track, and click the tracking number to show or hide its tracking history in the Order Details panel.

Lost Package Assistance

For assistance with a lost USPS package, please email the USPS or call the USPS at 1-800-275-8777.
