The 2" x 7" label roll option is only available when printing from the Packages section of the Stamps.com PC software. Follow the steps below to ensure that the 2" x 7" label option is enabled for packages in the Stamps.com software.

Select Packages. Then, expand the Printing On drop-down menu and select More.

Expand the Select your favorite media when printing on drop-down menu and select Packages.

Enable the Seiko SLP-FW - Narrow 2x7 1/2 label - roll option. Then, click OK.
The 2" x 7" label roll option will now be available in the Printing On drop-down menu.
Follow these steps to update the print quality settings for your printer if your labels are printing blurry, smudged, or faded.

Open the Windows Control Panel and select Devices and Printers.

Right-click your Seiko 440/450 printer and select Printer preferences.

Click the Advanced button.

Locate the Printer Features section and set Print Quality to Fine Mode and Print Density to 3(90%).

Click OK.
Your printer should now print correctly.
