Refund Assist is the smart, hassle-free way to manage your USPS® label refunds. With Refund Assist, you authorize Endicia to identify which of your unused USPS labels are eligible for a refund and to submit a refund request on your behalf. You'll then receive a credit to your account balance that is a percentage of the USPS-approved refund amount. Say goodbye to complicated refund processes—let Refund Assist save you time and money.

Endicia reviews all USPS labels that include tracking and have not entered the mail stream within 21 days of the label print date.

Endicia then schedules the eligible labels for a refund request.

Once we schedule labels for a refund request, you will have about five days to exclude any labels you do not want refunded through Refund Assist.

Endicia then submits the refund request for the eligible labels to USPS on your behalf.

USPS reviews the request within about 1-4 weeks.

You'll receive a credit to your account balance that is a percentage of the USPS-approved refund amount..
You can view and manage all labels eligible for a refund request from the History page.
To view labels eligible for a refund request or check the status of a label:

Go to HISTORY, then select View Refund Assist Eligible Labels.
On the Refund Assist page, you will see all labels currently scheduled for a refund request.

Select the label you'd like to view.
The Refund Details panel will open on the right side of your screen.

View the refund status and amount in the Refund Details panel.

Click View Refund Details for a more detailed view.
With Refund Assist, you can exclude any labels you do not want to submit for a refund request. However, if you do not take action before the scheduled request date, all eligible labels will be submitted for a refund request.
To exclude labels from Refund Assist:

Go to HISTORY, then select View Refund Assist Eligible Labels.
On the Refund Assist page, you will see all labels currently scheduled for a refund request.

Select the label(s) you'd like to exclude from Refund Assist.

Click Refund, then select Exclude from Refund Assist.
The selected labels will be excluded and no longer scheduled for Refund Assist.
