Handling Payment Errors

You may sometimes encounter an error related to your payment method. If your postage, service fee, or store payment is rejected, review the below list for the most common reasons, along with steps you can take to resolve the issue.

  • Insufficient Funds: Make sure your balance has sufficient funds for the transaction. If your balance is low, consider adding funds to your balance before making your postage purchase.

  • Card Expired: Check to see if the credit or debit card for the purchase you are making has expired. If the card has expired, update the payment method with the new expiration date or a new card.

  • Bank or Card Issuer Blocks: Sometimes, banks or card issuers may block transactions for security reasons. Contact your financial institution to verify if this is the case and request them to allow the transaction.

  • Billing Address Mismatch: Ensure the billing address you provided matches the one associated with your payment method. Even a small difference can result in a payment error.

  • Payment Gateway Issues: Occasionally, we experience technical issues on our end. Please wait a few minutes and try the payment again. If the issue persists, contact our customer support for assistance.
